The Pit’s uniformed staff will arrive at the location of your event in plenty of time to set up all the necessary buffet lines and cook your food to perfection on site on our portable “Super Smoker.” Our bi-lingual staff will ensure that everything is in order and the food is ready to be served to your guests promptly at the scheduled serving time. Providing the most friendly and professional service to you and your event. (However, please note that there will be a $50.00 charge for every additional half hour that our staff is delayed in serving, as a result of guests not arriving on time.
